Debbie Scott, Assistant Principal

Debbie Scott is originally from Indiana. She has taught for 25 years in 4 states. She started out teaching high school social studies, PE and health along with coaching varsity volleyball  and varsity track in Indiana. She next moved to Virginia where she taught middle school PE and Health along with coaching volleyball and track. Louisiana was her next stop where she taught elementary PE. She has lived in Alabama for 14 years. She has taught middle school social studies as well as high school Advanced Placement and on level history classes in Alabama. Sparkman High School is her first administrative position. She is very excited to serve the Sparkman family! 

Ms. Scott has three children. Her daughter is a Bama graduate and works in San Francisco. Her middle son is also a Bama grad and works in Huntsville. Her youngest son is currently attending the University of Alabama. She enjoys exercising, sports, the beach and traveling in her free time.
